学习工作经历： 1988 年 9 月至 1995 年 7 月在内蒙古大学生物系完成学士及硕士学位学习后，留校工作。 1996 年 4 月至 11 月，在澳大利亚墨尔本大学兽医学院进行合作研究。 2000 年 7 月毕业于中国科学院动物研究所，获博士学位。 2002 年 10 月至 2004 年 10 月在日本东京大学农学院应用动物学专业做博士后研究。长期从事哺乳动物生殖生物学及生物技术相关研究，已主持完成“ 973”前期专项、国家自然科学基金项目、内蒙古自治区自然科学基金重大项目、国家生物新品种培育重大专项等课题研究。实验室工作主要集中于哺乳动物细胞重编程研究，其中包括卵母细胞胞质成分的重编程调节机制、胚胎基因组激活中基因表达调节及胚胎细胞重编程机理研究等，同时承担本科生课程《发育生物学》和硕士研究生课程《表观遗传学》的教学工作。已培养博士、硕士研究生二十余人，多名毕业生论文被评为内蒙古自治区优秀博士或硕士学位论文及内蒙古大学优秀博士或硕士学位论文。
